SHOP INFORMATION
Delivery & Returns
Delivery, collection and what to do if you need to return or report a problem with an order.
Delivery
Standard UK postage for honey orders within our normal parcel allowance is £4.65. Honey is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Beeswax-only postage is calculated separately at checkout according to the size of the order.
Honey jars are heavy and need protective packaging. If your order is too large for our standard postal option, the shop will ask you to choose collection or local delivery, or to contact us so that we can confirm the best postage option and cost.
We package postal orders carefully. Delivery times are estimates and occasional carrier delays can occur. Unless we agree otherwise, your order will be delivered within 30 days.
Free local delivery
Free hand delivery is available to addresses within Fenny Drayton. Please select this option at checkout and provide the delivery address.
Collection
Collection from Swann’s Garden in Fenny Drayton is available by prior arrangement. Choose collection at checkout and we will arrange a suitable time with you. Collection details are supplied privately; please wait until arrangements have been agreed before travelling.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at buzz@swannsgarden.uk. Where possible, include photographs of the product and packaging so that we can resolve the problem quickly.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Changing your mind
For eligible online purchases, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return them.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them. We will refund amounts due in accordance with your statutory rights, including the cost of our standard delivery option where applicable.
If you have opened a jar of honey or another food product, please contact us before returning it. For food-safety reasons we may not be able to accept a returned food product once its seal has been broken, except where the product is faulty, damaged or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Full cancellation information and a model cancellation form are available in our Terms & Conditions.
Natural honey
Pure honey naturally crystallises over time. This is normal and does not mean it has spoiled. Our small-batch honey can also vary naturally in colour, flavour and consistency through the season and from hive to hive.
